All Carbon Boom

The X9 boom features a monocoque carbon boom body and tail extension. We made a number of changes on the 140/160 sizes: Head shim protects the carbon from wearing out and prevents movement of the VT-Joint; reduced arm diameter for better riding comfort; no s-shape (as carbon is stiff enough) means the 160 can be used on small slalom and freeride sails without touching the sail; 140 has a narrower wave tail and 160 a wider one.
